Launching a production line

A typical cycle from the requirements specification to series production is 10–12 months. Machine selection and tooling manufacture run in parallel with the makers' lead times.

Frequently asked questions

01What budget is needed to launch a line?

Depends on the machinery and the series. Typical machining for 50,000 pcs/year — from RUB 30 million for equipment plus RUB 5–8 million for routing and tooling. We prepare a calculation for your specification within 1–2 weeks.

02What data is needed for the calculation?

Product drawings, annual production program, quality requirements, floor space for the line, utilities (electricity, compressed air), work schedule. The checklist is in the 'Before sending the spec' block.

03Do you supply equipment or select it?

We select it for the task and negotiate with manufacturers / dealers directly on the customer's behalf. Special tooling, gauges and the route — we make in-house.

04Who is responsible for launch and acceptance?

Our engineering team — at the customer's site. The acceptance program (PMI) is agreed in advance. The result is a launch acceptance report and a maintenance schedule.

05Is operator training included?

Yes, the training program for operators and shift engineers is part of the scope. Handed over together with the operating regulations.
