Remove dependence on the foreign supply of the RS-32 connector for a serial production line. Lead time — no more than 4 months, volume — 5,000 pcs in the first cycle.
Connector RS-32 — replacement of a foreign analogue
Import substitution of a foreign connector for serial instrumentation production, with a complete set of design documentation.

Carried out R&D based on a reference sample: developed the design documentation, technical specifications and process documentation, agreed materials and tolerances. Launched serial production at our own facility.
The series was delivered on time. Tolerance ±0.01 mm, material — brass LS59-1. The customer added the connector to its permanent procurement range.
