Designed and manufactured the injection mould. Selected the tooling material and moulding parameters. Ran mould trials at the customer's site and performed fine-tuning.
The mould was accepted into operation by the customer. Service life — over 200,000 cycles, moulding accuracy — within ±0.02 mm.
